One of the more popular first modifications to perform on a turbocharged vehicle is the addition of a cold air intake. How will the SF intake add more power? The factory air box is highly restrictive and hinders the performance of the vehicle especially under boost. The SF intake allows the turbo to inhale copious amounts of air which will result in more horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response with reduced turbo lag.

Additionally, the SF Intake Box is included to shield the filter from heat generated from the engine bay, and allows the filter to breathe in air that is as close to ambient temperatures as possible. The SF Intake box will come powder-coated black for extra protection against rust and corrosion, and to provide a clean look to the engine bay. 

All of the required hardware, as well as a bracket will be included to make for a ready installation.
